Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree, and a combination of education and experience will be considered. They should be able to complete Stations Agent and regulatory training and maintain currency, demonstrate the ability to work well with others and communicate effectively, possess professional demeanor and excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office products, have knowledge of FAA regulations and related requirements, and be able to read, write, and speak English. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US and pass a criminal background check.
Responsibilities
The Stations Safety Specialist will support the Stations Safety management system and safety programs by identifying hazards, tracking, trending, and maintaining safety data, coordinating and facilitating safety event investigations, and maintaining open communication with all departments. They will aid in processes intended to help the organization understand and analyze safety data while supporting an informative and positive safety culture. The position will assist to ensure that all Stations safety systems are performing at the highest standards of safety and compliance, and promote compliance with all company and regulatory safety programs and initiatives by exemplifying integrity, professionalism and excellent communication skills.
