Program Description

The Coca-Cola Company invites HBCU students to apply for the Start Your Legacy HBCU Externship Program, a 6-week program focused on business and innovation. This application is specifically for the Supply Chain career track.

Supply Chain Track Description

This track focuses on the intricate networks involved in moving goods from conception to delivery. Supply Chain professionals ensure efficiency, sustainability, and speed, optimizing operations to meet global demands. This role offers opportunities for impactful changes in procurement, logistics, and operations management through problem-solving and analytical skills.

Program Details

  • Dates: September 29th - November 7, 2025
  • Weekly Commitments: One virtual session every Friday from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM EST.
  • Onsite Experience: A two-day onsite experience at Coca-Cola’s Atlanta Headquarters on November 6-7, 2025.

Note: This is a contracted position facilitated through a third-party agency. Individuals hired will be contingent workers and not employees of The Coca-Cola Company.

What You'll Do

  • Dedicate one hour every Friday to interactive virtual learning and collaboration.
  • Apply knowledge and skills in the Final Showcase Competition during the in-person Atlanta onsite experience.

Eligibility Requirements

  • College Enrollment: Actively enrolled at an HBCU (Historically Black College or University).
  • Graduation Date: Graduation date after May 2027.
  • Degree Pursuit: Must be pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field of study.
  • Work Authorization: U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Availability: Able to commit to weekly virtual sessions and attend the in-person experience on November 6-7, 2025, in Atlanta.

Pay and Benefits

  • Pay: Contracted externs will earn $250 per week for participating in required sessions.
  • Award Dollars: Opportunity to compete for award dollars during the in-person experience.
  • Travel: All travel-related expenses are covered for the in-person experience finale in Atlanta.
