Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in preparing, structuring, and recommending credit transactions for corporate clients
  • In-depth knowledge of the Bank's credit offer and familiarity with the credit process
  • Ability to manage towards optimal development of the credit portfolio and monitor achieved results

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring quality and development of the corporate client portfolio with annual turnover of 60–500 million PLN, while maintaining portfolio profitability and optimizing assumed risk
  • Preparing credit applications along with supplementary documents, including building own scenarios for creditworthiness assessment
  • Structuring transactions and influencing the form of financing
  • Making decisions within possessed credit competencies and recommending actions regarding credit exposure at higher competency levels
  • Conducting monitoring processes, including proposing further actions and strategies for clients whose situation has deteriorated to minimize risk and avoid credit provisions
  • Ensuring compliance of the credit process with procedures
