Requirements

Student in a grande école de commerce, ingénieurs, or 3rd cycle university (finance specialization)
Good foundations in accounting and financial analysis

Responsibilities

Analyze financial information (historical performance, gross margin formation, cost structure, sustainable cash generation capacity, business plan assumptions)
Identify and evaluate risks and issues associated with the target company
Draft reports, primarily in English
Participate in due diligence for acquisitions: analyze historical and future performance of target companies to identify risks affecting valuation or transaction structuring
Participate in post-acquisition follow-up: implement acquisition contracts, including validation of final acquisition price
Participate in vendor assistance: pre-sale diagnostics, assist sellers throughout the transaction process (prepare/analyze financial information for sale projects, manage buyer information requests, negotiations)
Participate in vendor due diligence: prepare analysis documents for sellers to support potential investors in assessing risks and issues of target companies
