Responsibilities

Analyze existing HSE trainings: inventory all current HSE trainings (presentations, E-Learning, documents), identify covered themes (safety, environment, ergonomics, chemical risks, fire), evaluate relevance, clarity, and currency of content
Regulatory and technical monitoring: verify compliance of content with current regulations (Labor Code, ICPE), integrate best practices and recommendations from organizations like INRS, Carsat
Modernize content: propose new structuring of trainings (by level, job, risk), integrate interactive elements (quizzes, videos, case studies, testimonials) adapting tone to different audiences (operators, managers, new arrivals)
Collaborate daily with HSE Manager, safety specialist, and service technicians
Interact with various company services (Production, Methods, Maintenance, Human Resources)
