Requirements
- Student in 3rd, 4th or 5th year of engineering studies (generalist or specialized in industrial engineering)
- Desire to discover a demanding production environment
- Proactive, dynamic, with good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and Lean tools, with a desire to apply them
- Autonomous and organized, able to manage multiple subjects in parallel
- Rigorous with an analytical mindset
- Mastery of the Office suite, especially Excel (Macros and PowerBI are a plus)
Responsibilities
- Participate in optimizing factory operations by leading a specific project from start to finish
- Contribute to the team's various missions, including accompanying the Lean transformation of production workshops
- Animate and deploy the OpEx Roadmap
