Ability to work in project mode and interact with external partners

Responsibilities

Evaluate the current state of the pilot and define steps for complete transfer (Audit & Transition)
Update SOPs and tools for the new model (Audit & Transition)
Define KPIs to measure hub performance and capacity (Plan de Scale-Up)
Propose an organizational model adapted to scaling (Plan de Scale-Up)
Map repetitive tasks and identify quick wins for automation (Volet Automatisation)
Benchmark solutions (RPA, AI, API) and external partners (Volet Automatisation)
Develop an integration plan for selected solutions (Volet Automatisation)
Identify and engage specialized companies to accelerate automation (Collaboration externe)
Prepare elements for contractualization or POC (Collaboration externe)
Deliver: Roadmap for transfer and scale-up; Catalogue of automatable tasks + action plan; List of potential partners and recommendations; KPI dashboard for post-internship monitoring
