Requirements

  • Élève-avocat or holder of a Master 2 in Droit des Affaires / DJCE
  • Autonomous and rigorous
  • Strong interpersonal skills, analysis, and synthesis abilities
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Available for a 6-month end-of-studies internship starting in 2025 or January 2026
  • Based in Strasbourg (open to telework)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct documentary research in corporate law, tax law, commercial litigation, company secretariat, restructurings, tax litigation, corporate tax, and acquisition audits
  • Participate in drafting legal opinions in the aforementioned areas
  • Participate in drafting all acts related to company life
  • Participate in conducting audit operations
  • Follow litigation procedures and draft procedural documents (summons, pleadings, requests, etc.)
  • Assist in client meetings and provide general support to colleagues in the aforementioned areas
