Conduct documentary research in corporate law, tax law, commercial litigation, company secretariat, restructurings, tax litigation, corporate tax, and acquisition audits
Participate in drafting legal opinions in the aforementioned areas
Participate in drafting all acts related to company life
Participate in conducting audit operations
Follow litigation procedures and draft procedural documents (summons, pleadings, requests, etc.)
Assist in client meetings and provide general support to colleagues in the aforementioned areas
