Participate in strategy and due diligence missions
Contribute to design of offers and products (wallets, payment journey overhaul, etc.)
Support strategic framing and operational model missions
Assist in compliance, risk management, and transformation missions up to delivery
Build quantitative and qualitative research tools
Model decision-making tools
Understand client markets and environments using available documentation (industry studies, annual reports, etc.) and synthesize information
Analyze and model market data
Participate in drafting presentations
Progressively gain autonomy in project management and client responsibilities
Actively coordinate and pilot projects in direct contact with management
Contribute to research and initiatives on payments topics related to innovation and regulation (digital euro and stablecoins, digital identity and wallets, DSP3, DPP, etc.)
