Requirements

  • Business school or equivalent education
  • Ideally, a first experience of six months in marketing within a creative context
  • Passionate about video production and the world of social networks
  • Knowledgeable about TikTok trends and comfortable in front of and behind the camera
  • Mastery of editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or equivalent software)
  • Interested in health and tech, curious and comfortable with technical subjects
  • Good communication in English (German is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce short videos adapted to TikTok, Reels, and Shorts formats
  • Be proactive in creating content: trends, challenges, storytelling, product staging
  • Film and edit dynamic videos, incorporating effects, transitions, and subtitles
  • Optimize videos to maximize engagement and organic reach
  • Participate in the ideation and planning of TikTok posts, in line with the brand strategy
  • Assist with the management of the editorial calendar and the publication of content
  • Conduct a watch on TikTok trends, best practices, and innovative formats
  • Contribute to the relationship with UGCs (User-Generated Content) and help manage content produced by the community
  • Participate in projects related to influencers: identifying new profiles, following up on collaborations, etc
