Requirements

  • BS/MS/PhD in EE/ECE/CE/CS with 5+ years of technical program management in the semiconductor industry
  • Hands-on physical design background and deep understanding of semiconductor development
  • Experience with synthesis, place and route flows, timing analysis, EM/IR, and physical verification
  • Track record of successfully managing design services partners and client relationships
  • Strong ability to create and drive schedules while ensuring cross-team alignment on priorities and dependencies
  • Exceptional communicator who builds strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, with proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
