Requirements

The Staff Technical Program Manager should possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 7 years of experience in program management, with a strong preference for technical operations or engineering operations. Experience leading technically complex initiatives with organization-wide impact is essential, along with demonstrated strategic vision and technical depth. Strong leadership skills, the ability to shape company strategy, and experience establishing program management best practices are also required.

Responsibilities

As a Staff TPM, you will lead technically transformative programs focused on evolving the engineering architecture, scaling developer excellence, and driving engineering efficiency and reliability. You will architect and execute the next stage of engineering evolution, lead adoption of SLOs, champion developer experience initiatives, manage complex system changes, coordinate major technical migrations, and establish effective tracking and reporting. Furthermore, you will oversee complex, cross-team technical initiatives, serve as a trusted partner to leadership, and apply Agile/Scrum practices to accelerate software delivery while implementing organization-wide program management best practices.
