  • 5+ years full lifecycle experience leading a major subsystem through design, test, and verification
  • Strong technical leadership and systems architecture expertise
  • Proven leadership in design, analysis, and verification on a major aerospace program
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to lead technical trades
  • Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and coordinate across hardware and software boundaries
  • Demonstrated expertise with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred)
  • U.S. Citizen and eligible for DoD Secret
  • Located near Denver or Colorado Springs (hybrid with some on-site work required)

Responsibilities

  • Perform requirements development, traceability, and verification across multiple coupled vehicles and systems
  • Lead design trades and cross-functional integration efforts
  • Conduct impact analyses for changes and ensure design integrity across the system
  • Support integration and test planning
