Requirements
- 5+ years full lifecycle experience leading a major subsystem through design, test, and verification
- Strong technical leadership and systems architecture expertise
- Proven leadership in design, analysis, and verification on a major aerospace program
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to lead technical trades
- Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and coordinate across hardware and software boundaries
- Demonstrated expertise with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred)
- U.S. Citizen and eligible for DoD Secret
- Located near Denver or Colorado Springs (hybrid with some on-site work required)
Responsibilities
- Perform requirements development, traceability, and verification across multiple coupled vehicles and systems
- Lead design trades and cross-functional integration efforts
- Conduct impact analyses for changes and ensure design integrity across the system
- Support integration and test planning
- Conduct risk assessments
- Participate in design reviews
