Requirements

6+ years of software development experience at scale
3+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects
Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Go, TypeScript, Javascript, Python
Experience managing services in AWS or other cloud platforms
Experience with Docker containers and Linux virtual machines
Ability to bridge applications to infrastructure (DevOps)

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional projects to improve Kiddom’s systems
Contribute to the development and maintenance of Kiddom’s core services
Work with various programming languages and technologies (Go, TypeScript, Python, web APIs, graph databases, edge computing, LLMs)
Drive technical change and influence technical direction across teams
Help engineers improve their workflows and productivity
Maintain calm professionalism during production incidents
Share outage stories to learn and level up junior engineers
Adapt to changing customer needs and system behavior
