Staff Software Engineer, RegComply (Remote)

Position Overview

AuditBoard is seeking a highly motivated Staff Software Engineer to lead a team and drive strategic, complex projects. This role requires strong leadership, mentoring, and architectural design skills. You'll tackle diverse challenges, from building scalable systems to designing new product features, collaborating with a passionate team dedicated to customer success and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years of experience developing web-based applications.
• Front-End Framework: Experience with a modern front-end framework (Ember, Angular, React, Vue, etc.).
• Back-End Technologies: Proficiency in Node.js, Python, and PostgreSQL.
• Other Skills:
  • Ability to write clear design documentation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug software.
  • Ability to implement APIs.
  • Ability to contribute to open-source projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship product features end-to-end.
• Mentor fellow engineers and lead application architecture decisions.
• Design and architect scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Implement back-end APIs.
• Work on the Ember SPA front-end.
• Write well-designed, maintainable, and testable code.
• Contribute to the RegComply product, which helps organizations stay on top of changing regulations.
