Candidates need 8-11 years of experience in wireless networking infrastructure or systems software, advanced programming skills in Rust or C++ with strong system-level debugging, deep understanding of thread/process synchronization and IPC mechanisms, and proven experience in inter-module communication. A Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field is required, with Master's preferred, and familiarity with REST API is a plus.
You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including PLM, protocols, platform, QA, hardware, and DevOps across global development centers, while leading design/code reviews and mentoring junior engineers.
A strong candidate has 8-11 years in wireless networking or systems software, advanced Rust or C++ skills, expertise in synchronization, IPC, and distributed systems, plus the ability to take end-to-end ownership, architect scalable features, and lead teams.
