Responsibilities

As a Staff Software Engineer on the Seller Services team, you will build features and systems to enable efficient, high-quality, and scalable support for Etsy's millions of buyers and sellers. You will drive the technical direction and strategy of the team, design and deliver large-scale technical solutions, ensure high quality by leading by example, set engineering standards, and mentor engineers. You will also contribute to the full stack, from user experience to database design, and collaborate with other teams as needed.
