Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a high-performing engineer with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions that drive business growth

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to lead creation of new features in health, including product education and comparison tools, automating user support flows, and expanding offerings of goods and services via health insurance
- Architect and lead execution of team cycle projects
- Mentor other team members through design and architecture planning, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Demonstrate strong systems thinking and curiosity, identifying opportunities to improve the product, technical systems, or ways of working
- Build systems to scale Babylist Health to $200M in revenue and beyond over the next 3 years
- Become a subject matter expert within health services, defining how these services and features will grow and scale
- Lead business-critical projects and make important decisions about how systems grow and scale
