Requirements

  • Experience as a Staff-level Software Engineer, capable of supporting a group of talented engineers and managers
  • Expertise in designing, building, and operating reliable, scalable systems in-house (e.g., subscription, e-commerce, fulfillment, delivery)

  • Create innovative product experiences that didn’t exist before
  • Make outsized impact on technology, customers, and pet care through direct involvement in scaling and problem-solving
