Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 8 years of production-level experience as an engineer building highly scalable systems. They should have at least 4 years of experience acting as a trusted technical decision-maker in a team setting, focusing on short-term and long-term business value, along with 4+ years of experience working with SQL or other database querying languages on large multi-table data sets. Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and building continuous integration and continuous development (CI/CD) pipelines is also required.

Responsibilities

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will identify and develop scalable and performant solutions, working across disciplines to shape product strategy and execution. You will build the foundations of code architecture and quality, mentor and coach engineers, set and uphold engineering standards, and advise management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies. Specifically, you will build the next generation of distributed data storage and processing systems, support a broad array of data consumers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions for complex problems in healthcare.
