Requirements

  • Troubleshoot business and production issues for mobile devices by analyzing information, engaging support teams, formulating action plans, and performing root cause analysis
  • Lead project teams by providing direction on plans, timelines, solutions, guidance on issues, reviewing proposals, and conducting design/code reviews
  • Develop innovative mobile technology solutions and strategies by collaborating with partners, assessing opportunities, benchmarking practices, forecasting technologies, and influencing decision-makers
  • Lead medium- to large-scale, complex, cross-functional Mobile Engineering projects by determining requirements, translating to solutions, writing/developing code, integrating, testing, and ensuring on-time delivery
  • Drive execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying needs, communicating plans, removing barriers, measuring progress, and developing contingency plans
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and building capabilities
