Requirements

  • Deep expertise in ITIL-based service management, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management

  • Program leadership in driving initiatives for operational efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement
  • Senior technical leadership in IT service excellence and operational resilience across enterprise systems

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer/operational needs, developing plans, removing barriers, providing resources, measuring progress, and adjusting performance
  • Supervise and develop associates through selection, training, mentoring, assigning duties, building team environments, setting expectations, conducting evaluations, providing recognition, coaching, and promoting belonging
  • Promote company policies, procedures, mission, values, ethics, and integrity; train others, ensure compliance, and support Open Door Policy
  • Evaluate effectiveness of plans/programs/initiatives, consult stakeholders, apply suggestions for efficiency/cost-effectiveness, and support community outreach
  • Implement ITIL best practices for Incident, Problem, and Change Management; ensure compliance and continuous improvement
  • Establish/monitor KPIs and create publicly reported metrics for service optimization
  • Run regular operations reviews with leadership to provide insights for decision-making and strategy
  • Lead critical incident resolution, manage high-pressure situations in Command Centre, define escalation protocols, and ensure stakeholder communication
  • Identify/mitigate operational risks and implement proactive measures for reliability/resilience
  • Drive initiatives for operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and automation
  • Collaborate with TDO and SRE for incident detection/mitigation; lead major incident responses and orchestrate faster mitigation
  • Proactively maintain mission-critical infrastructure, cloud platforms, microservices, tools, and processes for high availability/reliability
