Requirements

Experienced Software Engineer with cross-platform architecture and hands-on technology expertise for Fintech Platform teams
Ability to lead Enterprise Reliability initiatives to design, build, and maintain highly available architectures
Strong collaboration skills with full-stack teams to ensure systems are built with security, stability, and observability
Capability to drive process and architectural changes for 99.99% uptime at massive scale across Payment platforms
Experience working with AWS Infrastructure for gitops-based EKS deployments
Cross-functional collaboration with engineering and QA leads across squads
Skills in developing AI-enabled tools to automate workflows and streamline productivity
Ownership of Observability charter to develop tools and frameworks for development culture
Expertise in simplifying and modernizing Automation Frameworks with AI workflows and Gitops CI/CD integration
Strong knowledge of infrastructure (e.g., "Inf" likely referring to Infrastructure)

Responsibilities

Work with cross-functional teams across product, development, compliance, and security to understand roadmap and translate to scalable system design
Define metrics for measuring service availability and performance
Proactively build and implement tools and services to improve developers and tech support
Ensure and promote security, high availability/zero downtime, and scalability in implementations
Conduct Critical Path Analysis and SPOF (Single Point of Failure) Analysis
Develop Run-Books for service feature documentation and troubleshooting to enable faster MTTR (e.g., remittance failures)
Organize training for Engineers to join On-call teams
Build and maintain AI-powered tools for internal knowledge enhancement and applications like root cause analysis using RAG
Build AI-powered tools as Co-Pilots for Customer Support (CS) Agents
Ensure low-maintenance feature implementations using CI/CD with focus on Automated Test feedback and rollback
Identify and evaluate open source/proprietary tools for build-or-buy decisions
Set vision for Engineering Excellence in Production Systems and inspire Fullstack teams to implement design and monitoring standards
