Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field with 9+ years of experience
- Strong proficiency in Spring Boot (REST APIs, dependency injection, configuration management)
- Expertise in Java / J2EE, with deep understanding of JVM internals, concurrency, and multithreading
- Experience with Spring Data JPA / Hibernate, ORM optimization, and database transaction management
- Proficient in PostgreSQL, query tuning, indexing, and caching strategies (Redis, Ehcache)
- Hands-on with microservices architecture, inter-service communication (REST, gRPC, messaging)
- Experience implementing security mechanisms (Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT)
- Knowledge of Kafka / RabbitMQ for event-driven architecture
- Familiarity with Liquibase/Flyway for database migrations
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack
- Strong foundation in React.js (hooks, component lifecycle, context API)
- State management expertise with Redux / Redux Toolkit
- Solid JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript skills
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operate distributed systems that power mission-critical applications, ensuring reliability, performance, and innovation at scale
- Act as a product-focused full stack engineer, contributing to platform design, innovation, and delivery
- Build scalable and distributed systems using modern frameworks and cloud-native architectures
- Design, develop, and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices with a strong emphasis on performance, security, and reliability
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve business-critical issues and identify areas for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to share best practices and influence platform direction
- Provide production support, including troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving live issues to maintain system availability
- Implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, observability, monitoring, and alerting for production systems
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, UX, and DevOps) to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions
- Design and develop new features, ensure platform reliability, and drive product stability to meet evolving needs
- Focus on scalability, performance, and intuitive user experiences to improve developer productivity and efficiency
