Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. They should possess at least 8 years of experience in developing real-time software such as simulation, robotics, or game development, as well as 8 years of recent C++ development experience. Strong 3D math skills, including trigonometry and linear algebra, are required, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing engineering teams of 2 or more individuals, successfully delivering on both short-term and long-term goals.

Responsibilities

As a Tech Lead / Manager, you will lead and manage a team of engineers focused on simulating realistic vehicle and pedestrian traffic. You will develop state-of-the-art traffic and behavior modeling to closely capture real-world behaviors, build technical roadmaps that align with product requirements, and leverage your technical expertise to communicate with engineering leads. Additionally, you will develop processes that enhance organizational efficiencies and improve decision-making and execution speed.
