Drive the integration of AI and machine learning capabilities into applications, identifying opportunities for automation, intelligent features, and data-driven improvements
Develop robust frontend (Angular) and backend (Java/Oracle) code, utilizing test-driven development principles for both web interfaces and batch processing components
Mentor and guide team members, providing technical leadership and fostering best practices in coding, architecture, modernization, and AI adoption
