8+ years of software engineering experience using one or more modern languages such as Go, Java, Python
Experience with enterprise SaaS applications
Outstanding problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality, innovative solutions

Experience working with large-scale distributed systems
System design and development skills; from gathering requirements to design to implementation

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain the backend of the Moloco Commerce Media (MCM) product
Develop an ML-based online advertising platform for the retail media industry
Lead feature development, design, optimization, testing, and maintenance of software applications and solutions for internal and external end users
Mentor others on the team and lead high-impact projects
Drive innovation in MCM, setting the technical vision and roadmap for the team
Enhance system scalability, availability, and performance
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, offering technical expertise and guidance
Design and implement server APIs and web services for customers and partners
Write server-side code that handles millions of requests per second
Build on public cloud infrastructure
Ideate new features for the next generation advertising platform
