Responsibilities

  • Take a brand new consumer product 0-to-1 that benefits consumers, Plaid’s customers, and financial institutions
  • Own the vision and multi-year strategy and roadmap for Plaid’s consumer-facing efforts across web and native mobile platforms
  • Drive execution from concept to launch; iterate quickly based on feedback and learnings
  • Partner deeply with design, research and data science to deeply understand consumers and their pain points
