The Staff Product Manager, Knowledge requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, along with 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment, and a strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, and execution. Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining knowledge bases and documentation is essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
As the Staff Product Manager, Knowledge, you will lead the product strategy and execution for the Knowledge team, overseeing the Product Knowledge Base and Country Knowledge Base, and contributing to client-facing experiences like Deel AI and the Knowledge Hub. You will be responsible for defining product vision, prioritizing features, and driving the development and maintenance of these critical assets, ensuring they are accurate, comprehensive, and user-friendly for both internal teams and clients, and also supporting GTM, support, and platform logic.
