Experience as a product leader for Developer Platforms and Experiences
Ability to shape the vision and evolution of software development experience, practices, and automation
Partnership skills with other Product Managers from Internal Developer Platforms and Experience team
Knowledge to define operations in SW development space, including infrastructure, SW platforms, frameworks, and tools
Capability to integrate continuous deployment and delivery into end-to-end SW development user journeys and pipelines

Responsibilities

Take ownership and focus on creating a seamless and delightful SW development experience for engineers, enabling high-quality software building and effective innovation
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to developer productivity to drive innovation and improve offerings
Translate product strategy into a tangible roadmap outlining key features, initiatives, and milestones
Identify and prioritize key areas for improvement and innovation based on strategic impact on development teams' productivity, efficiency, and satisfaction
Collaborate with stakeholders, including development teams, project managers, and executive leadership, to build and deliver exceptional products and communicate investment value
