Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for OTA update UI and install flows within the vehicle infotainment system
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for update-related experiences, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, safe, and reliable update experiences—from update notifications and scheduling to installation and post-update feedback
  • Partner with UX/UI designers to craft elegant, brand-consistent interfaces that minimize driver distraction and maximize clarity
  • Collaborate with platform and embedded software teams to ensure update mechanisms are performant, secure, and scalable
  • Analyze user behavior, feedback, and telemetry to continuously improve the update experience
  • Serve as the internal expert on OTA update UX, advocating for user-centric design and operational excellence
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and privacy standards across all update-related touchpoints
