Requirements

  • 6–10 years in product management, including 3+ in payments, banking, or fintech infrastructure
  • Deep understanding of Direct Debits, including ACH, SEPA Core/B2B, return handling, and risk tiers
  • Experience with use cases involving account-to-account funding, Request to Pay, or merchant acquiring via non-card rails
  • Proven track record managing complex roadmaps and launching products across multiple countries
  • Strong collaboration with engineering, risk, compliance, and go-to-market teams
  • Ability to balance client urgency, product complexity, and operational constraints

Responsibilities

  • Lead the roadmap for Direct Debits across both funding and collections
  • Expand product coverage from 5 to 20 markets, guided by client demand and risk/revenue alignment
  • Launch programmable, faster settlement options and orchestrated flows (e.g., retries, on-demand billing)
  • Align with Risk, Ops, and Legal on return handling, SLAs, and regulated rollout criteria
  • Partner with third-party providers where needed to accelerate corridor expansion
  • Work closely with enterprise clients to support high-value flows across global regions
