Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 6 years of experience in product management is required, including at least 1 year in a technical domain. A proven track record of successfully launching and managing products is essential, alongside a strong understanding of the enterprise software landscape and the challenges faced by enterprise customers. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear language, and strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary. Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is also a must.
The Staff Product Manager will understand customer needs and pain points, translating them into actionable product requirements and roadmaps. They will prioritize features based on market research, customer feedback, technical feasibility, and business goals. Collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams to design and maintain platform capabilities is essential. The manager will define usage specifications, manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, and communicate the product feature roadmap to stakeholders. Monitoring product performance using KPIs to identify areas for improvement and staying updated on emerging trends will also be key responsibilities.
