Requirements

Candidates should have 8-10+ years of experience delivering high-quality B2B SaaS products on large-scale projects, with a demonstrated track record of maintaining high executional quality and organizational impact. They must be independent in driving discovery processes and leveraging customer insights to inform product strategy and define design directions. Strong skills in leading the design process from ambiguity to concept and execution for entire product areas, mentoring and influencing others (including senior and executive management teams), navigating ambiguity and complex problem-solving, and driving design strategy, systemic thinking, and strong product sensibility are required. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in managing complex projects, timelines, and proactive escalation handling are essential. A portfolio showcasing consumer-grade craftsmanship and effective product solutions tailored to customer needs is required.

Responsibilities

The Staff Product Designer will shape the vision and execution of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Product Pillar, driving design excellence in complex and impactful areas. Responsibilities include making it seamless for customers to manage multiple compliance frameworks, adopt new ones with ease, and explore AI capabilities to simplify these processes. The role involves partnering closely with Product and Engineering to design clear, efficient experiences, influencing product strategy, aligning cross-functional teams, and elevating design practices. Specific duties include leading the design and execution of strategic projects, conducting customer discovery to inform product strategy, identifying and leading design-driven initiatives with organization-wide impact, enhancing the influence of the Design organization, mentoring other designers, and contributing to and refining the design system.
