Requirements

  • 7-9 years of experience as a UX or Product Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex solutions across one or multiple product areas
  • Mastery of core UX methods—including facilitating workshops, conducting user research, synthesizing insights, creating user flows, defining information architecture, and producing wireframes and prototypes—with the ability to guide teams from discovery through execution

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design vision, strategy, and execution for a major product or feature area—shaping its strategic direction while ensuring design quality and craft excellence across every stage of the product lifecycle
  • Define and navigate highly ambiguous and complex problem spaces, leveraging insights across customer, business, and operational areas to frame initiatives and advocate for a strategic perspective and vision across related pods
  • Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists to design and ship high-quality, scalable, and inclusive product experiences
  • Partner with research and data leads to synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights into cohesive, actionable design recommendations
  • Design new functionality within existing systems and drive the definition and socialization of new frameworks that guide cohesive and scalable execution
  • Engage technical partners in shaping business logic and implementation decisions to ensure human-centered, technically sound solutions
  • Mentor and provide feedback to designers across pods, raising the bar for design quality, storytelling, and collaboration
  • Communicate design rationale effectively to influence cross-functional stakeholders and align on product direction
  • Model design excellence and foster a culture of feedback, craft rigor, and continuous improvement within your team and across the organization
