This role focuses on designing intuitive user experiences for both internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) managing the tax engine and external CPAs preparing and reviewing tax returns. • Workflow Optimization: Focus on simplifying and accelerating essential tax return processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a Product Lead and Tech Lead to ensure alignment and shared outcomes.
• Iteration & Validation: Utilize Figma to foster rapid iteration and validate user workflows early and often.
• User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
