Requirements
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or ML platform engineer, proficiency with data science tools and languages such as Python, R, Java, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MXNet, SQL, and related libraries and frameworks, and the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Proven experience in creating Gen AI/ML-based systems using Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning LLMs for specific tasks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI is required, along with strong proficiency in system design, security, and scalability principles. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
The Staff Machine Learning Software Development Engineer will be responsible for designing and deploying Gen AI/ML-driven workflows to automate and optimize engineering systems, overseeing the entire lifecycle of ML projects, including analysis, training, testing, building, and deploying ML models into production environments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and design scalable, secure, and reliable solutions. They will also provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
