Responsibilities
The Staff Incubation Engineer will drive the overall product strategy, leveraging knowledge of application security to lead the technical design, development, and scaling of new AppSec features, particularly focusing on LLM security. They will contribute to a market-leading example dataset of bad prompts/injection techniques and shape the security aspects of a cutting-edge product. This role involves building bleeding-edge AI features, integrating unique and proprietary data sources and API layers, and shipping enterprise scale backends to support the incubation, while also spending time on 0-1 product development, prototyping new ideas, and iterating on products based on customer feedback.
