Responsibilities

Achieve in all phases of the full product realization process, as it applies to role and region
Serve as a "go to" technical specialist, leader, and mentor within engineering discipline and/or cross-discipline for product development
Act as technical and/or project team lead, providing technical guidance, controlling scope, schedule, budget, and ensuring technical success on small to mid-size projects
Lead local continuous improvement activities associated with engineering discipline and/or project-level tools or processes
Provide customer service leadership in project technical discussions, and support/lead business development and proposal creation
Exemplify and hold team accountable to Plexus Core Values; focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring employee development and coaching (as applicable)
