Requirements

Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience independently managing budgets and forecasting, along with 5+ years of experience in Corporate FP&A, ideally in a high-growth or tech-enabled environment. A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Statistics, Economics, or Business is required, and experience using planning tools like Pigment or Adaptive is necessary. Experience with Netsuite is highly preferred, and familiarity with Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Staff Financial Analyst will lead the team through the monthly forecast cycle, including preparation and presentation of insights to Finance leadership, drive the consolidated planning process, maintain integrated financial models, develop executive-level reporting, improve and automate existing reporting processes, translate business strategies into financial impact through investment evaluation, support the transformation of reporting processes, partner with accounting during close cycles, and contribute to the development and maintenance of three-statement models and scenario-based forecasts.
