Requirements

Candidates should have significant hands-on experience building tools and workflows with LLMs, a deep understanding of current AI technologies' capabilities and constraints, and a clear vision for the future of AI. Experience designing and building scalable ingestion pipelines from SaaS APIs, enterprise systems, and custom client sources is required. Familiarity with building CLI tooling and GenAI-assisted taps is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Staff Engineer will guide the execution of greenfield AI/ML projects, ship AI pipelines for customer insights, and augment the product vision through ML. They will develop AI agents and pipelines to drive insights for clients and build software to automate those insights. Responsibilities include owning major projects within the Raw Data roadmap, improving developer experience by creating tools and automation, delivering observability and reliability into data ingestion systems, and setting technical direction for parts of the Raw Data platform while mentoring other engineers.
