Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop cutting-edge AI features on the most critical technical roadmap projects, with a predominance on AI initiatives
  • Lead the end-to-end conception, implementation, and deployment in production of new ultra-scalable and high-performance services and solutions integrating AI capabilities
  • Resolve complex technical challenges related to the integration, optimization, and large-scale deployment of AI models
  • Participate actively in the Architecture & AI squad, with key responsibility for integrating and orchestrating AI systems within the platform
  • Contribute to co-constructing the architecture and development roadmap, providing expertise on AI opportunities, model scalability, and performance
  • Conduct proof of concepts (POC) to validate technical and functional hypotheses related to AI and LLM implementation
  • Design and orchestrate deployment plans for technical solutions, ensuring smooth and secure transitions, especially for AI models in production
  • Drive structural changes in development practices to enhance performance, reliability, scalability, accessibility, and security
