Requirements

8+ years of enterprise software development experience building full stack SaaS platforms
Proven track record of delivering high quality enterprise SaaS platform in a high stakes environment
Proven track record of leading your teams to deliver on time with an ability to account for and overcome unknowns and uncertainty
Experience delivering great experiences with modern UI and UX given limited guidance
Experience building and delivering APIs for SaaS platforms
Experience delivering SaaS applications that scale and perform with low latency and high throughput
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven track record of unit and integration testing as a part of your software development processes (CI/CD)

Responsibilities

Own the core applications facing our end users and internal stakeholders for our credentialing and monitoring system
Performance manage direct reports and lead the team to achieving their objectives and outcomes
Operate as both a player and coach by owning the team’s backlog while still contributing to the code base
Provide technical leadership and career development opportunities for reports
Define and iterate on team agile team rituals and processes (stand-ups, groomings, planning meetings)
Oversee the monitoring/alerting of our highly available systems
Ensure your teams are available and able to provide support to our clients via our on-call rotation
