Responsibilities

  • Plan and drive Life Cycle Management (LCM) of parts and key sub-systems, with special focus on Electronics design and performance, through collaboration with external industry-leading partners, internal project teams, and stakeholders
  • Establish Statements of Work with external partners and act as Electronics SME to ensure seamless collaboration across internal functions including design engineering, testing, software, manufacturing, sourcing, and quality
  • Ensure superior Electrical design in own projects as well as colleagues' projects
  • Define and continuously improve processes using the Danaher Business System (LEAN Tools) for efficient and superior quality and Product Lifecycle Management
  • Drive BOM cost reductions and oversee associated budgets while ensuring superior Electronics design and performance
  • Drive compliance, product quality, and reliability through documentation, change control, and transfer to manufacturing to ensure industry-leading Precision Diagnostics
  • Shape collaboration with specialized industry-leading partners and internal stakeholders, with special focus on Electronics, to support Radiometer’s product portfolio of Critical Medical Devices
