Requirements

Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering, potentially combined with Project management. Experience with HW design and development
Experience working in, and handling design documentation in, Medical Devices industry or other comparable regulated industry (e.g., Aerospace)
5+ years of experience from external partnerships and working with cross-functional project management preferably within healthcare or other regulated industries

Responsibilities

Drive Life Cycle Management (LCM) across both external industry-leading partners, internal project teams and stakeholders for advanced Medical Devices
Establish Statements of Work and ensure seamless collaboration across internal functions including design engineering, software, service, manufacturing, sourcing, and quality to deliver high quality advanced parts and sub-systems
Define and continuously improve processes, utilizing Danaher Business System (LEAN Tools) for efficient and superior quality and Product Lifecycle Management of parts and sub-systems with External Partners
Drive BOM cost reductions and oversee associated budgets
Drive compliance, product quality and reliability, through documentation, change control and transfer to manufacturing to ensure industry-leading Precision Diagnostics
