Requirements

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering, potentially combined with Project management. Experience with HW design and development
  • Experience working in, and handling design documentation in, Medical Devices industry or other comparable regulated industry (e.g., Aerospace)
  • 5+ years of experience from external partnerships and working with cross-functional project management preferably within healthcare or other regulated industries

Responsibilities

  • Drive Life Cycle Management (LCM) across both external industry-leading partners, internal project teams and stakeholders for advanced Medical Devices
  • Establish Statements of Work and ensure seamless collaboration across internal functions including design engineering, software, service, manufacturing, sourcing, and quality to deliver high quality advanced parts and sub-systems
  • Define and continuously improve processes, utilizing Danaher Business System (LEAN Tools) for efficient and superior quality and Product Lifecycle Management of parts and sub-systems with External Partners
  • Drive BOM cost reductions and oversee associated budgets
  • Drive compliance, product quality and reliability, through documentation, change control and transfer to manufacturing to ensure industry-leading Precision Diagnostics
