Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in a Data Science or similar role, demonstrating a strong foundation in statistical modeling, data analysis, and machine learning techniques. Experience in mentoring and developing the technical skills of others is also desired.

Responsibilities

As a Staff Data Scientist, you will lead high-impact projects to drive insights and decision-making across Webflow’s critical initiatives, define and evolve product and business metrics, advance experimentation capabilities, uncover growth opportunities through data analysis, lead technical and non-technical team members, and partner with stakeholders to blend qualitative and quantitative insights, informing product direction and enhancing user experience. You will also contribute to developing the company’s data foundation by collaborating on strategic roadmap initiatives for building new pipelines and tools.
