Requirements

Responsibilities

The Staff Android Engineer will contribute to the development of Experian's flagship Android native application, implementing new features and enhancing existing ones. Responsibilities include writing efficient, clean, and maintainable code in Java and Kotlin, conducting code reviews, and ensuring code quality through automated testing and continuous integration. The engineer will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define app specifications, integrate APIs and third-party libraries, and debug issues to ensure smooth app performance. They will also implement user interfaces aligned with design guidelines, stay updated on Android ecosystem trends, and mentor junior developers while representing the team's work to senior management.
