Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
- At least 2 years experience in accounting or finance
- Proven solid analytical skills, and US GAAP technical accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems like Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
- Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Expert communicator - written & verbal
- Self-starter with willingness to work hands-on, independently, as well as with a group
Responsibilities
- Support month-end close process including journal entries and reconciliations, including cash, accounts payable, fixed assets, and prepaid expenses
- Provide month-end commentary and variance analysis to deliver insights to leadership
- Contribute to the implementation of new financial systems and tools
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed
- Oversee accounts payable activities including corporate card expenses and employee reimbursements
- Manage fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and other key financial statement areas
- Partner closely with teams across the business to deliver a white-glove experience and drive improvements in reporting, data integrity, and analysis
