Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
At least 2 years experience in accounting or finance
Proven solid analytical skills, and US GAAP technical accounting knowledge
Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems like Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Expert communicator - written & verbal
Self-starter with willingness to work hands-on, independently, as well as with a group

Responsibilities

Support month-end close process including journal entries and reconciliations, including cash, accounts payable, fixed assets, and prepaid expenses
Provide month-end commentary and variance analysis to deliver insights to leadership
Contribute to the implementation of new financial systems and tools
Support internal and external audit processes
Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed
Oversee accounts payable activities including corporate card expenses and employee reimbursements
Manage fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and other key financial statement areas
Partner closely with teams across the business to deliver a white-glove experience and drive improvements in reporting, data integrity, and analysis
