Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned studies and investigative sites
Perform feasibility, site ID, startup, and site activation activities
Distribute completed site documents to sites and internal project team members
Prepare and review site documents for completeness and accuracy
Ensure accurate completion and maintenance of internal systems and tracking tools
Review and provide feedback on site performance metrics
Review and establish project planning and timelines
Implement contingency plans as needed
Inform team members of completion of key activities (feasibility, site ID, regulatory)
Review, track, and follow up on document approvals and execution (CDA/SIF, regulatory, ICF, IP)
Provide local expertise to SAMs and project teams
Perform quality control of documents provided by sites
May have direct contact with sponsors on specific initiatives
