  • Capability to work in Manila as part of the SSM Global Ops CoE - CarBravo Remote Field Force team, handling back-end operations including receiving calls from dealers and proactively calling US CarBravo dealers

Responsibilities

  • Socialize and serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on CarBravo program product offerings
  • Enhance dealer engagement and satisfaction through proactive outreach, informing dealers about new programs, updates, and promotions
  • Respond timely to dealer inquiries, providing access to program details, resources, process assistance, and troubleshooting
  • Improve program adoption and compliance by addressing dealer concerns, assisting with issues related to inventory management, compliance, pricing strategies, and warranty concerns
  • Streamline communication between program management and dealers
  • Maintain high dealer satisfaction through consistent, reliable, and professional support
  • Help maximize dealer pre-owned operations, including throughput, sales, retention, sales and service profitability, and customer loyalty
  • Conduct proactive outreach to ensure dealers are aware of resources, compliance requirements, and upcoming deadlines
  • Advise dealers on reputation management actions to improve online reputation
  • Advise dealers on call tracking and analytics to reduce Call Fail Rate (CFR)
  • Advise dealers on optimizing inventory quality and quantity for their market
  • Advise dealers on best practices for managing and optimizing website inventory
  • Analyze website performance and user behavior
  • Advise dealers on website strategies (Call to Action, Forms, Click to Call) to convert traffic to leads
  • Develop, maintain, and obtain customer approval for scripts and FAQs used in CBCC, ensuring information is fresh, accurate, and approved for changes
  • Advise on digital-related roles including SEO for search engine visibility, social media presence and campaigns (e.g., Promoboxx), Google Business Profile setup/optimization/management, and digital advertising campaign optimization in conjunction with DDS vendors
